In concert with a number of Australia’s leading Queen's and/or Senior Counsel and Barristers, MBS has experience in foreign/overseas matters involving commercial and highly delicate issues, major litigation and/or advice, where local practitioners or government legal officers may not be in a position to act for a number of reasons.

MBS can promptly assemble a legal task force and attend in any country, to prepare and appear in court cases and negotiations, as well as provide assistance and advice on legislation and projects for corporate, private clients, Government Ministries or Departments.
