Michael Bula was a guest speaker at the Africa Downunder Conference from 7-8 September 2006 at the Sheraton Perth Hotel. He spoke on the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa [OHADA] [see page 45 of the October 2006 edition of Australia’s Paydirt magazine – on the Media page].

He also spoke at the 2007 Africa Downunder Conference from 6-7 September 2007 at the Sheraton Perth Hotel on Corporate Structures for mining companies in the OHADA member countries [see page 78 of the October 2007 edition of Australia’s Paydirt magazine – on the Media page].
